I don't want Pomu to graduate, I just want NijiEN staff to work better. Hire more people so things aren't sitting waiting for approval for months. Hire more people to go out and get game permissions (they only have one). Hire more managers so the livers themselves don't have to sit in multiple meetings a week and instead they can get a summary. But apparently it's wrong to want more staff so the livers can actually do MORE instead of play the waiting game.
