Too long, anon. Too...too long. I must say, this series really acted like a flashbang amongst the art community. They loved it.

On the plus side, if complete newbs join the fray, we might see some more tutorial sessions. Let's be honest, the first four tutorial sessions were kino comfy, and both Scout and Yuul's were works of art.

Mentioned Huntermyth once and said it looks like fun. Good energy, but her English is too peppeloni (the nooo one) for the complexities of WoD. Even Kiara, whose English is pretty damn good, had some trouble understanding some of the merit descriptions. Hell, I know TTRPG myself and the grammar in that shit confuses even me.

Also forgot to mention a small bonus of having Ina in the party, it draws her fanbase of artists into the project, which is why we've gotten so much more Yuul art than all the others. Big benefit, honestly. Ina would be a hard loss if she ducked out.

It honestly makes me fucking mad that R.I.P. will forever be the face of Mori's music, when it's one of her worst songs and doesn't reflect the kind of content she's been releasing in 2021.

Staying in character with Yuul is a balancing act for Ina. She's well-established as a cautious introvert and a bit of a weak-willed wimp (basically a less Oriental, less artistic self-insert), so making progress with her needs to be done in a manner that matches up with her personality and general behavior. Tiara is the de-facto party leader, and Scout is brave to the point of foolhardiness; their in-game personalities can easily soak up the spotlight when they spearhead the task at hand, easily leaving Yuul and Watoto in the dust.

I saw plenty of criticism for Yuul blundering into an undercover role as opposed to taking the initiative and doing it on her own. Her character, both stat-wise and in regards to personality, simply has more glaring limitations than the others, but it gives the party a very genuine sort of balance that I wouldn't trade for another Tiara or Scout any day. Yuul is observant, cautious, and a voice of reason when cool heads are needed (remember she was the only one against outright maiming / killing Sniff). Her shining moments are less prominent than the others, but she serves as a party anchor and details girl. Not a glorious role, but it has its place. I've played the healbot bitch before; it's without glory and thankless, but it keeps the gears going.

To close, I would like to see Yuul's strengths more played up to; a big reason why I'm in favor of the intermission session, where she could put her academic talents to use and drum up some helpful knowledge about the supernatural.
