Riku's masterplan is to hire a boatload of new people at minimum wage on 3 month contracts. If this goes as I expect it to go Nijisanji will end up with a high turnover rate of managers, which will absolutely murder efficiency. I have no expectations that this branch will survive in 2026 and I don't think Nijisanji's business model of minimum investment in the talent (combined with no investment in management) is viable today.
I just hope they find some way to clean up the image of their talent before they go, or failing that Anycolor burns down so spectacularly that every talent's image is bleached.
