I dunno about a specific system, but my character sheet is divided into two parts. First part is a questionnaire about their goals, psychology (mask and counter-mask) and how they interact with other people. Second part is an autistic list of trivia relating to them like birth date, favorite animal, favorite porno, shit like that.
But I'm just giving those three the full treatment. Other major characters will probably just get the first part. But I'll write the story out more before I do that. So, so far it's been a process of write>edit character sheets>edit outline>edit what's been written>write again. Then when the first draft is done, copyedit and proofread the whole damn thing

Exactly this. If I was a vtuber/streamer on their level I would be calling in sick often too. It's literally one of the perks of not being in a regular shitty job that slaps you on the rist for not showing up. The only difference between how these girls handle that is in the phrasing. At the end of the day if you have the liberty of taking it easy when you're not feeling up to it, then why not do it when others will do the same? I can respect that Ame outright comes out with it and even keeps the wording pleasant by saying "Potato". Because it's much better than phrasing it as "I'm too lazy today" or "I don't feel like it", which can come off as bitchy.

tl;dr They all do it and anyone here will do it in their position too.
