I feel like we have a pretty good circle of male vtubers here, and I'm excited to see them get better. If you want more I'll keep my eyes open. If I had to recommend one high spec male chuuba from outside, it would be Randon Neuring. He plays a funny disgruntled Orc salaryman character with a focus on chat interaction/zatsudan. Pulls good numbers for a male despite the debuff. He also watches a number of the /here/ chuubas. Coqui drew him this week.
