After seeing that first influx of russian-speaking viewers I thought at least some of them must be gathering somewhere to have discussions and went around a few local imageboards, and apparently none of vtuber threads had any idea where they come from.

That said, we certainly had one or two russian zains back in /Pol/ka, so it must be how the things are.
