we are supposed to believe all these talking points that have been astroturfed here
>Her audience are tourists who only watch her
>Her audience is old Niji fans who dont like the direction Nijisanji went (then watch basically a holo)
>She was very mysterious after the debut, making everyone want to watch her to find out more (but just tourists)
>she attracted this many non vtuber fans who just want to watch an anime girl with kayfabe
>that kayfabe is popular somehow (it isn't for anyone else)
>she's very appealing to the japanese audience, can't explain why except desu wa
>[rick and morty tier explanation, calls you a retarded EOP]
>clippers and fan artists jumping on the bandwagon is somehow proof that her numbers are real
>that the anomalous nature of her numbers viewed in different ways is just a coincidence
>that her ccv over time following a completely unnatural curve compared to EVERY SINGLE OTHER DEBUT EVER is just cope
>that the timing of this unprecedented vtuber just two weeks before Anycolor's IPO is also a coincidence

Streaming games with commentary doesn't fall under US fair use laws anyway. Technically that's never been tested in court but you can read the law and make your own judgement. Even reading it as generously as possible I can't see a way that streaming a game for profit could possibly be covered.

This is always determined by the license to the game and there's nothing globally applicable to all games. Go read the terms and conditions.
