I didn't make the chart but I'm the one who can answer the question. I slowed down on adding new debuts because I've already passed thirty and it was getting a little hard to juggle all of them in a coherent format. I'll be adding more in the future of course. I also didn't want to take away from the hype of a new debut by having one (or 5) every episode. also 2k keeps making modding more difficult every other week so that makes new additions harder to mod in properly
