The one upside of our beaches being almost non-existent is that all the cafes and restaurants are like a few dozen meters away at worst. The kids could be swimming about and the parents could be having a drink in the cafe while still keeping an eye on them. So having vendors that sell stuff on the beach is a completely foreign concept to me. Does seem fun though.
