This is the most annoying thing vtubers do -- crediting artists all the time (this opinion by @adrians_reality). It gets in the way of my fantasy.

Vtubers are compelled by their lousy sense of insecurity and foolish and desperate need to "help" the artist by tagging them following each post they ever make; let me tell you, YOU ARE NOT HELPING THEM! The artist produced this art so you can USE it. It's meant to be used. That means holding up your immersion. You should treat art as if it's a selfie, or a photo of being out with friends or something. I want to beleb that I'm sitting here looking at a real anime girl on the internet. Reading your twitter, I'm interacting with a real anime girl. You know? Sell me that. Give me that. The better job you do at this, the more proud the artist will feel at making art for you. They made it to be used, so fucking use it.

Imagine if I shared a photo of a night out on twitter and, in the following tweet I said
>BTW RESTAURANT IS @Applebees MY TSHIRT IS BY @H&M THE CHEF THAT MADE THE FOOD IS @Carlos_Sebastian13337

Or better yet, remind everyone in every single tweet that "I was made by @God".

It would be annoying as fucking hell and people would think you're weird and not talk to you. So why are you doing this as an anime girl? I suggest you start acting like an anime girl and just live out a normal life, make yourself seem as real as possible, stop breaking my fucking immersion with this dumbfuck insecure shit.

>But I really want to support the artist!
That is done the moment you bought the art. Now the art is in their portfolio. They sell themself, it's their job. If you want to honour their work, it's done by USING IT, not constantly linking back.

Furthermore if you still feel compelled, then do it like Hollywood and put it in an "ending credits". Something like a Google document with all the credits for literally everything. Each new art you get, just update this document. Link it in your caard profile or at the bottom on your twitch, keep it discreet, don't make it obvious. Nobody reads the credits, but those who do will find it all the same. Don't fuck you image for this terrible and backfiring reason.
