You're gonna have to buy goods separately. They charge by the package size. If you order things in the same order, they consider that to be "one box". Even if the items come out months apart they'll hold them until they both release and put them into one shipment. The more things you get the bigger the box and the bigger the shipping fees.

I've had to do several different combinations to find the cheapest way to ship multiple items.
