I've already fixed the borders you schmuck!

I'm going to start drawing in the Niji borders now as well, as well as checking to see if there are any minor discrepancies in terms of borders between the map I've drawn, and the 2.0 maps borders, as well as seeing if I could make any of the province borders look more natural.

Alright. My opinions and the results.

>Schizo wasteland (3/0 to keep)
narrative entity more than anything. It might be neat to turn provinced countries into Schizo wastes so the idea of Schizos being a threat is more believable, but I'm getting ahead of myself. I think it should be kept as is.

>RBC (1/2 to province)
There is a fair amount of lore present, however with the exclusion of the map and some climate stuff most of it isn't location dependent, and a good portion of it is fairly dated to how Vitubia currently is. I think it should be provinced.
