It depends on whether Miori would have joined anyway. If not, then they'd be objectively worse off than they are now. Miori already blazed past Rosemi's total views, and is on pace to overtake her in subs around the beginning of April. Tsunderia was always viewed positively in VTuber circles, but it took Miori's hustle to make them relevant to casual fans. Ria would would have never done anything close to that for them.
If she had stayed and Miori joined later anyway, then it's debatable how much better off they'd be, if at all. On the one hand, her content, character, and persona were all amazing. I miss that model every fucking day, and she played it to perfection. But on the other hand, it really seemed like she had no intention of getting close with the other TsunQuest girls, and her being the odd one out would be a bad look and tear away at her morale. As much as I miss that rrat, Niji really is where she belongs
