the torso can really be anything as long as you have a skull print or something edgy-looking on it
then you go with fishnets underneath... sleeve fishnets on the arms at the very least, but with the legs you can probably go with normal stuff if it works better
a choker would help but isn't necessary
then there needs to be small chains EVERYWHERE. on the choker and belt, hanging out of pockets too. some crosses on the chains, wether upside down or not, are optional
now that i think about it, veleck's first L2D model was a really good example of a goth outfit that doesn't go too deep in, so that could work well as a reference.
