Skipping the concerns about the seeding itself, what about something like this?
Nobody starts in losers already, though the two top seeds get a 1 game bye.
This should fit into the three days skipping the placement matches since each day already had 6 team matches, with an extension for grand finals reset if that happens.
Though I would also honestly like to the placement matches.
