You see it's funny because Finana and management both know exactly what she needs to do to regain her audience. But she doesn't, either because she doesn't want to and/or because management won't let her. Picrel, but there's no way of knowing whether it was written by her or by management; and if she wrote it, whether she wrote it of her own accord or was forced by management to write it.

She doesn't necessarily need to go indie to gain a Doki/Mint style incline by doing more ASMR streams. She just needs enough plausible deniability for Youtube to not be 100% certain that she's plapping, and also enough luck to not get bonked by Youtube for doing an ASMR in the first place. Doing it (heh) as an indie would have the added advantage of not needing to give Riku a cut of superchat money, and also being able to stream on CB or Fansly and monetize her Lovense toys; but there's nothing stopping her from stealthing on Youtube as Finana Ryugu...

Management may have decided that Millie is the branch's female ASMR content creator, and decided to stop Finana from muscling in on Millie's territory. Or it may have been a reaction to the Hana/Nym situation and/or the Riro Ron termination, both of which happened very shortly before "Finana" made this post. Or they may have been bonking her for something unrelated to that other stuff (i.e. telling her that she can get out of a suspension or termination, but at the cost of not being allowed to do coomer pandering any more)
