There's a difference between event quests giving you silly shit you might use like the Downy Crake DSs or the Ryu/Sakura SV layered sets at least for gags vs. Rise and all of its "event" quests giving you stuff like new titles and stickers and only those.

Plus at least World had the seasonal festivals to at least give you an excuse to login for a bit even if you were only doing enough to grind out the tickets for the layered armors.

Honestly I think they should have slowed down the pacing a bit on the new monsters they released about a month after the game launched, even World waited about 2.5 monters before they added Pickle.
