Is uploading a music video without permission and encouraging your fans to re-upload it a termination-worthy offense?

This is the only point Nijisanji has a foot on, but it is extremely weak. It's such a petty reason to fire somebody (I'm working under the assumption that the reason stated for termination is the real reason). I'm not sure what other people think about this incident when considered narrowly, most of the attention is on the more important details. If this happened somewhere like Hololive and Gura/Pekora/whoever did it would/should she be fired?

Newfag here. I'm just wondering: What exactly is Nijisanji's "thing"? What's its appeal, or its selling point?
Like from my understanding, Hololive has the prestige, Phase Connect has the edge. What does Nijisanji have? Is it the quantity? Serious question.

I think the problem within EN Management as a whole was they a rotational managerial change then some manager aren't didn't speak English despite some members are Japanese and lastly it comes with the upper management which is given the final say.

I know this is a bit of vague yet it my perspective.

Nijisanji get's a lot of shit on this board, but let me just say this, there is not false advertising on their parts when it comes to their talents. You dive in expecting to find girls and guys having fun and playing games and that is exactly what you get.
Hololive on the other hand started with an idol gimmick on top of trying to be like Niji, then they dialed back their male interactions (even at the expense of their male JP branch that people still call "Yagoo's pet project"), until they changed their minds, AGAIN and pushed for "talent freedom" in their own way, and the freedom to interact with whoever they want, and lately pushing for the FPS slop that most of their fans hate, just to pander to a certain market.
So Holo in a nutshell is a peak soulless moneygrabbing corpo that just goes for FOTM trends while Niji is basically "we just do our own thing" and that was always like that without any major deviations.
