how does one find a vtuber company that's ACTIVELY hiring? I feel like hololive is always taking apps but not actively hiring.
I've been streaming for 2 years but actively streaming and for 6 months and I want to take it to the next level.

You know, people could create their own vtuber company, and improve on business models of your predecessors and peers? Instead of merely copying them without any thought.

Why isn't there an English-speaking equivalent to Nijisanji or Hololive? Honestly, it's bizarre how not a single real competitor has popped up yet. You'd think there'd be tons of companies climbing over each other to be the one to corner the western market, but no one seems to be putting in any actual effort. It seems like such a ripe, juicy fruit right there for the taking, yet no one's interested in it.
