"Fairest" gacha system I've used is Girls Frontline where you can get multiple free pulls every day because the resources to pull characters are farmable in large bulk plus the characters and Equipment gacha is seperate (you can even narrow down the pool via resource recipes to get specific classes of characters). Genshin's character pulls being combined with the weapon pool is the most ass part of Genshin's pull system.
