Hello. I was theorising a Mumei fan game I qm gonna make thqt would be sort of a cross between Metroidvanias like Hollow Knight and action RPGs like Devil May Cry with a strong focus on exploration, discovery, and action.
An idea I had in mind was that you could acquire masks for Mumei to wear that would give different effects, like say for example a nightmare mask that would boost your damage or a hootsie mask that would buff your dash or roll or something and I wanted some help on finding inspirations for some others.
