No but I'll admit its 90% carried by Nanoha and Symphogear just having extremely well made action sequences. But precure has lots of good fights too.

But other than that the characters are just well made to have nuance and depth to them, while they're all good girls they always have their own problems and issues and it changes how they become and act as magical girls. Kiara didn't want to become a magical girl for example and even after transforming decided to decline fighting with them.
Its way more depthful than typical anime where characters always go exactly where they're supposed to and are always right because of course they are.
