Maybe it's not too bad after all.
Eyes are probably fixable by using SD1.5 vae instead of nai vae.
To make them not asian, you can try merging with western photorealistic models like https://civitai.com/models/3816/protogen-x53-photorealism-official-release or https://huggingface.co/dreamlike-art/dreamlike-photoreal-2.0
Examples for western models look good, and those models can do nsfw too
