I feel I may regret asking, but are any of you guys willing to critique/view a some vods to see if I'm doing something obviously wrong?

I've been a 0view for about 2 (or 3? I keep bad track of time) months now. Recently I've asked 2 friends to just sit in on my streams, but they don't watch after the first minute or so so functionally they don't really count.
