This is the highlight of the movie and the only thing I remember:

If the rest of the movie was like this it might have been fine in a so-bad-it's-good kind of way, but I don't even remember anything else, aside from the awkard staring at each other while not saying anything lol. The characters in this movie are really strange and don't act naturally. It's very awkward, and everyone is trying to act cool and mysterious but they come off very goofy and full of themselves instead.

Underworld did everything better. Has both vampires and werewolves, proper fight scenes, actual horror elements, non-cheesy romance, and the characters are actually cool instead of trying to look cool. In fact, it's probably a man's version of Twilight. I hope she watches it at some point, especially the sequel.
