Murasaki Shion - Does not stream enough to grow
Hakui Koyori - Streams too much to grow
Amane Kanata - The purest second army talent, she is well rounded and arguably near maxed out, she just does not have that one special quality that takes a talent to First Army
Inugami Korone - First Army talent but lacks the desire for it, would rather play her kusoge and be old
Shishiro Botan - Perhaps once had the talent but is too old now, like a pitcher who has lost his fastball relying on guile and control to cash some checks before retirement
Ookami Mio - Really a Third Army Talent raised to Second from her Event Host and networking skills
Nakiri Ayame - Doesnt stream, same as Shion
OTHER CANDIDATES:
Shirakami Fubuki - Like Korone, had the talent but lacks the desire for the numberfagging necessary to sustain First Army
Fuwamoco - Too many hurdles in the way, they would need to complete the transition to JP and then rise up the chain. Their gimmick allows potential but I think their talent is capped out at Second Army as without the gimmick they lack a special First Army type of appeal
Laplus Darknesss - Sadly preferred to be a Twitch whore. I believe her talent was likely to peak at Second Army anyway
and finally...
AZKi - The breakout talent who has risen the ranks to a place high in the Second Army after years toiling in the muck. Much like the late rise of Miko and fellow INNK mate Suisei, once she joined the box her talent took off. I think this is the only real talent who can threaten First Army status in the company but she needs a second boost - Geoguesser is not a strong enough game to carry you to First Army status alone a la APEX, she needs another appeal. But the singing talent solidifies the base and she has good relationships with First Army talents (an important quality which was helpful in Subaru's rise and the First Army uses to maintain their status) - she should be able to hold her place as Second Army
