Fuck it, I take the money and become a vtuber myself. 6 million minus starting expenses sounds like a pretty good deal. And since there's no performance requirements, whether I succeeded or failed, I'd still be a millionaire.

Enterprising kikes would keep the avatars confined to their cloud and force vtubers to pay a monthly subscription fee to continue using the service. If the rigging was decent enough, the character archetypes varied enough (sorry, that includes robots/mecha, animals, inanimate objects, furries, and even ponies), the characters created looked nice enough, creating characters was user friendly enough, and there was an option to pay an additional premium for a 3D rendition of the 2D model, I could see that becoming the go-to for those who don't want to spend the time and money for every new model/outfit.

And if the underlying framework for characters was standardized, models could theoretically be auto-updated with refinements without having to recreate and re-rig them, which means that a chuba's base models and all their other outfits/models would all get their X.y versions at the same time.

Personally, I'd scale the monthly price depending on the number of models a person has, while making sure to always keep it significantly below the cost of having those models independently designed and rigged so as to keep vtubers locked into the ecosystem like good little serfs.
