Twitch tightens its rules on inappropriate attire, with new amendments made to the ToS which target VTubers specifically. Twitch is historically known for having vague rules and flagrantly inconsistent enforcement of these rules. Because of this, we don't know the full extent of these new policies or what VTubers and attires will be targeted specifically. But one large indie, Layna Lazar, has already come out to say that she will be receiving a 24 hour ban for the outfit on her 3D model, with Twitch's reason being "Not enough cover in the pelvic area." These ToS changes also affected VRChat players originally, but within 24 hours that stance was reversed due to claimed feedback from the VRChat streaming community
