Yes because Reine and her guests laugh quite a lot with the RP, even though it was mostly with the evil step-mom.
No because it's aggressively ID only and not as fun (gay) as the JP/EN calls even with chat TL.
The most important part for me was the last 10 minutes where Reine talked about trying to balance an ID/non-ID audience and thanking everyone for the support, no matter where you're from.
