Out of all of Advent she is the only one who feels like she hasn't found her place yet. FuwaMoco came out strong with the benefit of always being cute girls collabing, Bijou actually knows how to play games and wants to do long gaming streams, and while Shiori's content doesn't appeal to me she had a clear idea of what she wants to make. I like Nerissa's covers, but the yuribaiting is way too much. I appreciate that she knows there are boundaries and said she didn't try anything with FuwaMoco because she didn't think they would be comfortable with it. The rest of her content so far from what I've seen feels very by the numbers "this is what Hololive vtubers do." She seems to be a nice girl, but she needs to find her rhythm and content that best suits her.

They hire people based on their talents and potentials, what can they bring to the table, not because they are a Hololive fan. Being a fan is a plus but it's not a requirement. Some girls also didn't give much of a shit about Hololive either like Luna, Rushia, Mori, or Kronii (keyword: didn't).
I think we can agree that FWMC was a golden hire since they've got everything, but it's still too soon to say anything about Shiori.
