I hate all of you and I hope we just barely don't spoon. Spooning is too close to an accomplishment. I want us to be banished to the Isle of Irrelevancy, doomed forever to never do anything of value, not even generate amusement. I want us to be the most lukewarm plain oatmeal in the league, but still awful. I hope every single game of ours has bad ref calls, and we never make it out of babby league.
I don't hold it against the manager; they're doing what the people told them to. I blame the board. We don't deserve anything but the mockery other boards have for us.

Even if she was a pain in the ass to work with, this is blatantly Anycolor going beyond the pale and dragging her through the mud. You only make a protracted list of reasons to terminate somebody if you want to destroy them and any chance they have of having something without you.
Zaion's never needed Nijisanji. She networked well enough as an indie and was making enough to comfortably live and blow a kafrillion dollars on Genshin every banner. Anycolor knows she's dangerous competition as a free agent, and could reasonably take a lot of her viewers with her. So they mention "volatile/sensitive remarks" as part of the reason she's going on suspension, which gets the Twitter crowd riled up at her as they go digging for whatever she said that was so bad and find clips of half of a rape joke. Now, armed with a vocal minority of retards on Twitter, they set up the kill shot and put out a giant list of shit she did wrong, to guarantee that their screeching lapdogs will bark and wag their tails and drown out any dissent, drastically reducing the number of people willing/able to follow her back to her PL.
And since we already know the EN livers are terminally /here/, any time she gets a thread in support, they can just falseflag or point out clips that were definitely not coerced or taken from opportunistic talents looking to get a leg up.

This is Information Control 101. If you have authority and a platform, throw your weight around to drown dissenting opinions. Use plants and patsies to reinforce your position. And the second anybody calls you out with substantial evidence, either crumple, escape, or ignore them. Japnese corpos in general are very keen on these strategies. Nintendo's been doing this shit for decades with emulation. Hell, Anycolor just tried it barely a week ago with the dramafag channel copystrikes. What did Anycolor do when the strikes got challenged? They crumpled like a paper bag once they realized they didn't have any authority in the scenario.

So yeah, sure, Zaion may have done all of that stuff, but the way that Anycolor chose to announce her termination is flagrant black company behavior. NOBODY gets fired like that from a reasonable company, regardless of how much they fucked up.
