There's more to it than that, Kiara explicitly said that Enma is "The Ancient Ones" on discord. She didn't sound like 100% sure but it'd be a weird mistake to make, and considering the other evidence it seems almost certain.

Thing about AO-Chan is I strongly believe HE WAS in fact Omegatroon. It's only circumstantial evidence though, but he types in exactly the same faggot way, and wanted to insert himself into the lore just like Omega did.
Mysteriously disappeared one day only for Omega to appear. Strange, strange.

AO-Chan was a moderator in Ina's chat, so obnoxious that he could use his attentionwhoring powers to become an actual mascot and part of her lore... He had such knowledge of grandstanding and attentionwhoring that he even conceived himself as an omnipotent deity inside the entire Hololive lore. A deity named Omegatroon.

Now here's my rrat: Enma is the first EN manager, she deeply cares about HoloMyth, she is friends with the talents, there are other employees involved that have the title of "manager" but Enma is in charge. The only other notable manager is the one Kiara and Mori had when in Japan. Ina saying she doesn't like fans characterising the managers so much is part of a bigger campaign the EN1 girls have been running, of talking up other staff as managers too, to muddy the waters. But this tactic wasn't working well, it was spawning an insane amount of speculation here, and the girls were having trouble keeping track of what they'd said, which is why our information about managers is so confusing. The "multiply managers" tactic didn't work, so they went in the other direction, having one entity represent all managers.

The dunking on Omega that EN1 did was in fact them gently ribbing their friend and manager Enma. Anons here were seething too much about Omega at that point and interpreted it differently.

And here's the biggest rrat: the EN1 girls support the addition of Omega, they wanted them to have a twitter and a Live2D. Remember, Ame made that outro video without Cover's involvement. She put in several middle fingers to Cover by not crediting them, yet she also chose to put in Omega. That only makes sense if Ame respects and likes Omega.
