For over 100 years, IQ tests have demonstrated a persistant 15 point gap between blacks and whites in America. They actually had to lower the threshold of mental retardation down from 85 to 70 because it was classifying too many blacks.
Blacks persistantly score lower on the SAT, lower on all standardized tests or ability tests. They account for a huge majority of the criminals and murderers despite being small percentage of the population. Even blacks adopted into middle class white households still show this same IQ gap.
