Why? Your picrel demonstrates exactly that - maybe you are just not seeing it.
His views got a 35% increase compared to his previous West of Loathing stream (53k vs 39k), even with lower CCV (. Moreover, that's on par with Maria's (the second most popular Iluna member) views on a non buffed stream at similar duration recently. See picrel.
So yes, their VOD numbers are shit (compared to their CCV) because of short streams. As the streams got longer, the views increased. I'd even dare to say that 35% increase is pretty significant, but I will wait for more data
