i really wish indies wouldnt use that because it barely has any benefits for the streamer and only negative for the viewers so it might stunt growth a little
once you have 1k CCV and chat is a pain to keep up with making sure everyone is watching the same moment in time and not commenting on something half an hour ago starts to make sense

you post wast made at 0050 JST so once the stream ends you can look for that timestamp on her onscreen clock

if you are really into clipping and screenshotting i recommend using a external player such as MPV or VLC so you can have your own local buffer to rewind for a few minutes no matter what the streamer set it too, great for Twitch where that's not a default feature
