In 2015 I went to give my submission to the /vp/ mspaint thread on roserade day and had accidentally posted it in /ink/ or /tvg/ (long deceased Trove general) or something instead. There happened be someone in both threads and witnessed this mistake in real time. I remember this specific instance because I still have the roserade submission, and it reminds me of my failings every time I see it.
I also witnessed a /stars/ anon accidentally post a random Rio image in /vmg/joseimuke somewhat recently.
