Meanwhile I'm out here in Dota 2 enjoying spawncamping the enemy if I'm winning, and not minding if they spawncamp me if they're winning. Granted the bases in Dota 2 usually gets destroyed quickly, but it's also a game with ranked matchmaking.

Well, shit. Huge cultural difference then. Dota 2 has comeback mechanics that incentivizes teams to fight back. Only when the base has been breached with the towers inside it down, would teams surrender (in pro tourneys). The difference here being most fights in Dota 2 takes place outside of the base, so teams go a long time without surrendering. Perhaps I judged Kiara's and Reine's saltiness too harshly and too hastily.
