If you've done any sort of DD, you'd see that in their past lives, pretty much every Holo had the same formula

Some other anon already said it, but you're looking for some fucking magic bullet, but it doesn't exist. There are a handful of corpo talents with very explicit side gigs before their ascension (typically music-related, sometimes being skilled/accomplished fanartists), sure, but most of them... just played vidya and were charismatic. There's literally nothing more to explain than that.
