So just got home and decided to check the thread to see if Vesper showed.
Not shocked he didn't. Worried he didn't.

I fucking swear /vt/ just has shit takes
Ok lets go over the main problems facing the EN branch of the company. Maybe this time you'll listen.

First: HoloEN is a branch of the main company.
As such everything involving HoloEN is not a priority. It is not Covers core market, it is not their main focus. The company can survive without HoloEN and won't suffer any meaningful dent in its revenue for doing so.

Second: HoloEN has limited monetisation avenues.
The majority of Covers revenue comes from advertising, licensing, guest appearances, etc. These are activities that are heavily focused in Japan as the Japanese mediascape is a lot smaller than the Anglospheres and is used to the idea of anime girls being used for fucking everything.
Go to Japan and you will have a hard time going a day without seeing a hologirl or boy somewhere. Whether it be an advertisement or some random piece of crap emblazoned with their likeness.
This is where Covers money comes from.
But you can't really do these in the Anglosphere. The mediascape is massive and isn't really used to the idea of animated characters being used so heavily. In fact to quite an extent there's been a big push away from animated characters (Yes Disney and Pixar are still things).

So nobody is really willing to pay Cover much for advertising plug or appearances on their show/event.
The best you're gonna get is something like G-Fuel who were offering vtubers a couple of grand to plug them in streams for a few months.
A deal thats not really gonna work for a company like Cover.
That taco bell ad appearance by Gura is basically the best they've ever gotten. A second or so of stock Gura footage in the background of an ad. They probably got paid a few hundred at most for that. If anything.

This overall is the big problem for HoloEN. They're small fish in a big ocean and can't hope to compete with western celebrities and such.

Third: HoloEN is too spread out and has limited access to facilities.
HoloJP has a collection of full 3D body tracking suites and a central location that the majority of the girls are close to. Meaning they can get together and do 3DVR events on a regular basis. So long as they book those rooms ahead of time they're going to be able to do something and benefit considerably in the execution by actually being there together.
For HoloEN this isn't really doable. The majority of the girls are not technically minded and while Ame has been able to tardwrangle the lot of them to each get a reliable (if budget) 3DVR setup going, they're still somewhat limited in what they can actually do due to a lack in terms of specialist support personnel.
Hence why they've mainly focused on VRChat shenanigans, which more than a few of the girls aren't that into and which are fundamentally limited in what they can do due to the nature of the platform they're using.

Fourth: HoloEN management are incompetent.
You know it. I know it. The whole world knows it. All these problems are compounded by the generally low quality of the management team in HoloEN. By all accounts they seem to be the window tribe of Cover, meaning those employees that the company wants to fire but can't due to the realities of Japanese corporate culture and employment law. So they dump them in a do nothing or low priority job hoping they'll quit.
Their perms guy vanishes for days at a time and the rest of the management team seem to spend as much time as they can finding reasons to shut down any projects the girls get started on their own initiative. They're conservative in their strategy meaning they prefer to focus on what has already been done rather than trying anything new. This is probably what got them consigned to the window tribe in the first place.

HoloEN is not very profitable, it's not a priority for the company, it's not important to the company, it could shut down tomorrow and management would just shrug and go "oh well." they've done it before remember HoloChina?
They only care about the Japanese market. They only need the Japanese market. You are not important to Cover and not a major factor in their balance sheet.

This is gonna continue in another post.

Yep.
To be frank here most anons are males. Males in general don't get the kind of no strings no effort validation and appreciation that a moderately attractive woman gets dumped on them all the time.
When was the last time anyone gave you an earnest compliment?

For women they all get this point where they get their first real taste of that appreciation and its addictive. The ones who become total whores are the ones who never learn to control that addiction or find some way to distract themselves from it.
This is why most women get angry when an undesirable man gives them that appreciation, its a coping mechanism for their addiction.

Anons. Males. Have never had any reason to try and control that need, it's a need thats never been satisfied.
They want to be appreciated but nobody is willing to appreciate them.
So give them a moderately attractive female body and all the free appreciation that brings?
They'll be completely unable to control themselves. They'll be getting gang banged in a bar toilet within a few days.
