In regards to the voice packs- as far as I can tell the price fluctuates; 1,000-1,500 yen seems to be the range for 2-3 tracks, with 1 track being 250-500 depending on length, and 2,500+ being for larger packs or longer tracks.

Pic related is two different packs I bought for around the same price in the past from Prism; I separated it with a line to indicate which is which so you can see how much content you might be able to expect.
Don't even get me started on the acrylic stands, though.
