add picrel: Racettear announcements mechanic.
from the wiki:

i suggest that it is randomized in 3 parts
((honk realized a huge discount to his asmr vids)), x coins got a y condition (discount/boom etc)
and by parts i mean like this, (()) is from a huge list of random shit the community can make up, x is from the coins/whole market and y is just rng from a certain range (maybe -20% - +20%
this mechanic shall use the announcement thing that we have 5 mins before adjustment.
