as for my story, they originally only received 1 item. i emailed support to make sure. i got a fast response which was good, but the guy confirmed it was just 1 item and "strongly suggest you order the other item again"
bitch... i already payed for it. so i just waited, and luckily its arrived, though i have to pay for consolidation. yeah kind of can't blame them entirely, since 1 item was available and another was pre-order, it did arrive as 2 seperate items. it is difficult for them to keep track on all this stuff. they don't know/care what the stuff is they are just a proxy after all.

problem is now an item is listed twice and also there is some message about a 0 yen item... i HOPE they just need the price for customs etc and aren't trying to charge me again...
