It's weird because Luna is really not that great a design compared to the Oreimos, where he was in utter top form with Kirino/Kuroneko/Ayase. It's not like Luna is bad but she's kind of derped-out looking moeblob instead of ridiculously cute/hot, like Kirino (or kuro or ayase depending on your taste) are definite top-10 designs of the 10s, but Luna is not even a top 5 out of the Holo roster.

Then again the limitations of her design forced her to be that way, I wonder what the instructions were for her.. "luna is a zero-year old baby princess alien from candyland. she is extremely small and petite, like loli sized, but also is not a loli btw" could have turned out a lot of extremely different results depending who you'd have asked.
