Well I J*U and I was gonna write a whole ass essay with my thoughts but I'll keep it short.
Not all coping mechanisms/outlets are healthy. I think that her rm activities are a mixed bag, streams or music can be something simple/straightforward to do but things that require a ton of time investment and throw her life balance out of whack are detrimental. She should find a better balance/better coping mechanisms.
