Jong off collab isn't really any more dangerous than any other handcam offcollab.
Just get a stable mount over a jong mat, four people sat around it.
The cam doesn't really need to cover more than the red area in pic.
There are stable enough mounts and since jong doesn't need fast reaction times or sudden movements, nobody needs to risk knocking it over.
The only exception is during set up when the tiles are mixed, but that's easy to keep track of.
