No idea, she was communicating about the handcam all on her own until suddenly memory holing it right after saying she was finished setting up for it and "almost did it".
I remember when she said she might even do it before the new year. She makes things awkward because fans want interesting content but also want her to be comfortable and have fun doing it, so after a while fans are going to start saying shit like "Oh it's okay, I didn't want that anyway!" to make her feel better because they assume she doesn't want to do it and is too shy to say so.
