Council's lore was doubly retarded because they gave their girls chuuni lore personalities for whatever. So you've got dumb abstract concepts and a chuuni personality that you've been pigeon holed into.
Advent's lore is still chuuni but it does seem like they dialed things back a bit and importantly didn't try to flesh out the girls personalities too much beyond generic stuff.
