lmao, I even wrote a program for that in an evening when I was bored but don't really use it, I should make an effort to do it...
maybe I'll release it too, rate and give suggestions to polish it up if there's anything
default hotkey: ctrl-. (ctrl + dot) creates new entry at current timestamp, both video and stream works
click on timestamp seeks video to that like normal timestamp in comment
stopwatch icon on left updates the timestamp to current video time (for adjusting timestamps after stream ends), tooltip on hover
red x deletes entry, tooltip on hover
normal text input field in the middle
copy to clipboard gives you everything in format ready to paste in comment
