Recruiting vtubers popular on 4chan is a very good sign of future success potential and you can get talent early.
Once they get too popular then this pattern repeats.

However part of the success came from the support of the early group, which wanes after they leave due to the dilution while being in a bad company.
Thus to stay relevant the company needs to keep recruiting new talents this group follows or to manage their company like a sociopath to keep their fanbase interested longer and not get them bored.
