You can think of that more or less the same as the "chat speed" in the CCV chart, because it has more or less the same implication

Pretty much their whole market took a stand at that point and every variation since them is pretty much people shuffling around the stocks for some minor daytrade profit.
I don't think it will drop below 2100 when the next report come
